Performance:
Thu 1 Oct 2020, 7 pm

Performance by Evgenija Wassilew and Peter Strickmann
The performance “être vent” is dedicated to the soft voices of the wind, the crackling in the air, the potential in the calm before the storm. With a collection of different trills and alarm whistles, delicate wind sounds are acoustically recreated and performed within Marion Orfila’s fragile spatial installation. These quiet sounds, as well as the silently acting bodies of the performers, reinforce the presence of the situational events in the installation, which is characterised by its transience.
